The Goheung Aerospace Festival is the only festival held with the theme of ‘space’ in Korea, and was selected as the representative festival of Jeollanam-do in 2018. Naro Space Center, home to the world's 13th space launch pad, is the main venue, and you can enjoy space science experiential content that is difficult to find anywhere else. The Naro Space Center launch site tour attracts the most attention. Since the launch site cannot be entered except during the festival period, it is always popular with children who want to experience the site first-hand. In addition, various programs are held every year, including performances and outdoor science experiences.
